Founding Partner Kristen L. Beightol Authors “Good Counsel” Column in AAJ’s Trial Magazine

Founding Partner Kristen L. Beightol authored the “Good Counsel” column in the January 2023 edition of the American Association for Justice’s Trial Magazine. Kristen’s column is entitled “Answer Discovery to Push Your Case” and gives advice to lawyers about being prompt and open-handed in producing requested information in litigation to ensure that their cases expeditiously move to trial.
