Our Team Was Honored to Present Alfred Dewayne Brown’s Case to the Supreme Court of Texas

Our team was honored to present Alfred Dewayne Brown’s case to the Supreme Court of Texas today, after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals certified a question of statutory construction. This has been a long, but important fight on behalf of our client who was wrongfully imprisoned on death row in Texas for a decade. Thanks to our co-counsel throughout for their heroic efforts, including Dunham Biles, Brian Stolarz, John Edwards, David Crooks and Erin Garza.
