Kristen L. Beightol Authors Article in AAJ’s Trial Magazine

Founding Partner Kristen L. Beightol was published in the June 2022 edition of the American Association for Justice’s Trial Magazine. Her article, “Remote Depos from the Trenches,” shares pro tips on how to take depositions via remote platforms such as Zoom. Kristen has taken hundreds of depositions of parties, experts and fact witnesses during her career. During the pandemic, she had the opportunity to take nearing one hundred more via remote platforms, many of which lasted full days, and perfected the process. Her article shares what she learned with other litigators.
