Founding Partner Kristen L. Beightol Authors Article in NCAJ’s Trial Briefs Magazine

Founding Partner Kristen L. Beightol was the Coordinating Editor for the Summer 2022 edition of North Carolina Advocates for Justice Trial Briefs Magazine. The edition also featured her article entitled "Embracing the Remote of It." In the article, Kristen details the benefits of the post-pandemic more virtual practice of law. Pre-pandemic, Kristen spent most of her time on the road traveling to depositions, hearings, mediations and meetings. Post-pandemic, many of these events are handled virtually. This new more virtual world can save time, money and paper.
